Our church has an awesome children's ministry. In the first grade the kids get a bible presented to them with their name engraved on it and everything! Hannah has been asking for her own bible for some time now, so we were very excited to tell her the church was giving her one! All the first graders got to go up on stage and were given the bible in front of the whole church. Pastor Jeff was the presenter and Hannah just thought that was so awesome.

After the service, the church had a little reception for the kids and their family. Pastor Jeff took pictures with all the kids too.
A sad note on this subject....Hannah left her bible outside in the neighbors garden and it got rained on. It is not totally damaged, but it looks dirty and the pages have water damage. She needs to learn to take care of her things better! An ongoing battle!
